Eileen and Graham Edmonds welcome you to Carnoch Farm. Which is located on the A831 Beauly to Drumnadrochit road midway between the village of Struy and Cannich. The Farm extends to around 100 acres much of it left natural in order to support the abundant wildlife that exists in and around this beautiful Strath. We share our surroundings with wild salmon, otters, wild deer, pine martins, Bird of prey and many other species.

Our boundaries stretch along approximately two miles of the River Glass, where wild brown trout and pike fishing are available free for our guests. Salmon fishing can be arranged locally and further afield; Graham can also arrange for expert tuition or the services of a ghillies if necessary. Walkers, naturalists, cyclists, pony trekkers, Munro baggers, and golfers are regular visitors; Deer stalking may also be accommodated by arrangement.

We are surrounded by some of the most beautiful glens in the World and all are easily accessed from Carnoch (stony place), as is Inverness (35 minutes by car) and Beauly (20 minutes by car), both Beauly and Inverness have rail links to the rest of the UK, and Inverness airport (Dalcross) is situated only a few minutes to the East of the city.

Carnoch farmhouse offers comfortable non-smoking family-run B&B, with evening meals and packed lunches by arrangement. Accommodation comprises a selection of single and double bedrooms, with sharing bathroom, and one en-suite double bedroom. There is a large well appointed lounge and separate dining room. Larger parties can be dispersed locally by arrangement. The property has ample parking, a drying room, fish freezing and tackle storage availability that is normally associated with such sporting establishments.

Carnoch Farm has much more to offer than that covered above, but is perhaps best tested by a visit to experience the tranquillity, beauty and hospitality, -and maybe a wee dram too.
